Abstract

This article provides a constitutional and legal analysis of the citizens’ right to direct appeal to the Constitutional Court, established as a result of the constitutional reforms in the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2023. Using a comparative method, the experiences of Germany, Spain, Austria, Kazakhstan, and South Korea are examined. The study identifies gaps in current legislation and offers scientific and practical recommendations for improvement.
