Abstract
The article examines the transformation of the legislative systematization process in the context of global digitalization. The author analyzes the problems of the traditional approach, such as legal inflation and contradictions between norms. Particular attention is paid to innovative concepts such as "Legislation as Code" (LaC), the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for semantic search, and the introduction of blockchain for data integrity. The article highlights the prospects for the transition to "Smart Codification" and its impact on legal certainty, reducing transaction costs for businesses, and improving the quality of public administration.
