Abstract

This scientific article analyzes the modern capabilities of multimodal ultrasound diagnostics in detecting non-palpable breast lesions. During the research, the diagnostic effectiveness of B-mode ultrasound examination, color Doppler sonography, elastography, and contrast-enhanced ultrasound methods was studied. It was determined that the multimodal approach improves the accuracy of differential diagnosis between benign and malignant lesions, reduces the need for invasive examinations, and enables the early detection of breast cancer.
