Abstract
This article analyzes the typological features of word order in the Russian and Uzbek languages. Word order plays a significant grammatical and stylistic role in both language systems, demonstrating both similarities and differences. Based on historical and contemporary linguistic studies, the paper examines the specific characteristics of word order, the factors influencing its formation, and its importance in language structure. The findings provide important methodological foundations for the typology of word order and for the process of language learning and teaching.
