THE ISSUE OF POETIC MASTERY IN THE WORKS OF MUHAMMAD RAHIMKHAN FERUZ

Abstract

This thesis analyzes the issue of poetic mastery in the works of Muhammad Rahimkhan Feruz, a prominent representative of the nineteenth-century Khorezm literary environment, as well as the ruler of Khiva and a distinguished poet. The study examines the artistic and expressive devices used in his ghazals, the art of meter and rhyme, innovative interpretations of traditional classical images, the lyrical hero, and the distinctive stylistic features of Feruz’s poetry. The research highlights the literary significance of the poet’s artistic craftsmanship and his contribution to the development of classical Uzbek literature. The findings demonstrate how Feruz successfully combined traditional poetic conventions with original creative approaches, enriching the literary heritage of Khorezm.
