Abstract
This article examines the legal and practical mechanisms for ensuring, protecting, and guaranteeing the social rights of individuals. Based on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and national legislative norms, the implementation of the principles of the social state is analyzed. The article identifies current challenges in the system of protecting the rights of socially vulnerable segments of the population and proposes scientific and practical recommendations for its improvement.
