Abstract

  This thesis analyzes the legal nature of cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A), examines their key opportunities and risks, and defines the concept and causes of disputes arising in such transactions. Based on doctrinal sources and practical examples, it is concluded that the cross-border element significantly complicates both transaction structuring and conflict resolution, necessitating the use of specialized dispute resolution mechanisms.
