Abstract
Urinary bladder lesions represent one of the current challenges in modern urology and radiology. They include benign and malignant tumors, inflammatory pseudotumors, blood clots, and other pathological changes. Due to the similarity of clinical manifestations, radiological imaging methods play a crucial role in differentiating these lesions. Ultrasound (US), Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), multiparametric MRI, and the Vesical Imaging-Reporting and Data System (VI-RADS) are widely used to determine the nature, extent, and degree of malignancy of urinary bladder lesions. This article analyzes the differential diagnosis of urinary bladder lesions, the diagnostic capabilities of imaging modalities, and modern radiological approaches.
