Abstract
This article analyzes the effectiveness of the dual education system in the oil and gas sector, its role in the professional education system and its importance in training qualified specialists. Based on the requirements of the modern labor market, the issues of training highly qualified, practical and competitive personnel for the oil and gas industry are discussed. During the study, the possibilities of the dual education system in integrating theoretical knowledge and production practice were studied, and the effectiveness of this model in developing students' professional competencies was substantiated. The article analyzes the importance of cooperation between vocational educational institutions and manufacturing enterprises, the advantages of organizing practical training based on modern technologies, and the results of the educational process inextricably linked with the production environment. Also, the issues of the formation of skills by students in the process of dual education to work with technical equipment, manage technological processes, comply with labor safety rules, and independently find solutions to problem situations were considered.
