Abstract
This article examines the specifics of economic support for private higher education institutions in the Kashkadarya Region based on quarterly data for 2022–2025. The analysis focuses on revenue, student enrollment, and equity capital, reflecting the financial stability of the non-state higher education sector. To empirically test these relationships, an econometric multiple linear regression model is proposed, in which revenue is considered the dependent variable, and student enrollment and equity capital are considered factors characterizing the universities' ability to expand educational activities. The results indicate a steady increase in the scale of private universities' activities, particularly in 2024–2025. However, the trend remains uneven, indicating the need for targeted state and institutional support. The article formulates proposals for improving financing mechanisms, stimulating demand for educational services, and strengthening the investment base of private universities.
