Abstract

This thesis examines the relationship between students' physical activity and their level of self-confidence. Physical activity is an important factor in strengthening human health, increasing the functional capacity of the body, ensuring psychological stability, and developing social activity. In particular, for students at higher education institutions, regular physical exercise not only improves physical fitness but also increases their self-confidence, initiative, determination, and social adaptability. The student period is an important stage in a person's intellectual, physical, and psychological formation. During this period, young people's adherence to a healthy lifestyle, active participation in sports activities, and meaningful organization of their free time have a positive effect on their overall development. Through physical activity, students develop qualities such as recognizing their own capabilities, setting goals, striving for results, overcoming failure, and acting as part of a team. The thesis theoretically analyzes the relationship between students' physical activity and their level of self-confidence, and also demonstrates the importance of physical education classes, sports clubs, and health-improvement activities in the development of a student's personality.
