Abstract
This thesis examines the relationship between students' physical activity and academic achievement. Today's education process aims not only to raise students' knowledge but also to ensure their physical, mental, and social well-being. A healthy, active, and mentally stable student participates more actively in lessons, absorbs information faster, concentrates better, and achieves higher results in academic tasks. Physical activity strengthens the body, improves cardiovascular and respiratory function, and develops the musculoskeletal system, while also positively affecting mental performance. Regular exercise develops attention, memory, thinking speed, discipline, responsibility, and self-management skills in students, which serve as important factors of academic success. The thesis analyzes the impact of physical activity on students' learning activity, classroom engagement, motivation, social adaptation, and psychological stability, and demonstrates ways to positively influence students' academic achievement by increasing physical activity in school settings.
