Abstract
This article examines the philosophical foundations of Buddhism, its historical development, and its core teachings. Particular attention is given to the concepts of the Four Noble Truths, the Noble Eightfold Path, karma, and rebirth. The study explores the role of Buddhist philosophy in promoting moral values, spiritual growth, and inner peace. Furthermore, the article analyzes the influence of Buddhism on modern society, including its contributions to intercultural dialogue, tolerance, environmental awareness, and psychological well-being. The findings suggest that Buddhist teachings continue to maintain their relevance in the contemporary era of globalization and contribute significantly to the spiritual and ethical development of humanity
