Abstract
This article analyzes the content, theoretical foundations, and practical significance of modern management. It examines digital transformation, data-driven decision-making, innovative management, human capital, leadership, organizational culture, and sustainable development principles as interconnected processes. The study compares traditional management approaches with modern methodologies and proposes management mechanisms that contribute to improving efficiency in enterprises and organizations. The findings demonstrate that modern management should be viewed not merely as a system of administrative control, but as a comprehensive management philosophy based on strategic thinking, rapid adaptation, knowledge management, and the development of employees’ potential.
