Abstract

This article examines the main directions for improving the integrated organizational and economic mechanism for the development of the food industry. The study substantiates the need to coordinate raw material supply, processing, investment, logistics, standardization, and export processes within a unified system. The results show that sustainable development of the food industry requires not separate mechanisms, but an interconnected integrated model. The article proposes directing investments toward deeper processing, developing logistics infrastructure, introducing digital monitoring, and strengthening export-oriented management in order to increase the efficiency of the sector.
