Abstract

 This article analyzes the financial management system of the tourism sector of Uzbekistan, highlights its modern development trends, existing problems and ways to solve them. In particular, the role of the state budget, the private sector, international financial institutions and investment funds in financing tourism is considered. Also, the effectiveness of innovative financial instruments in the development of tourism infrastructure is analyzed - "public-private partnership" (PPP), tourism bonds, grant and subsidy mechanisms. The article pays special attention to the areas of modernization of financial management in the context of the digital transformation of tourism, and puts forward practical proposals and recommendations.
