Abstract
The article analyzes the modern interpretation of constitutional legal culture, its role in the development of society and its impact on the system of public administration based on theoretical sources. The role of constitutional culture as a determining factor in the process of constitutional reforms, strengthening the activities of democratic institutions, protecting human rights and forming a legal state in the era of new Uzbekistan is revealed. Also, the development prospects of this institution are highlighted based on scientific views related to foreign experience, global trends, the theory of constitutionalism, and the concepts of civil society.
