Abstract
This article focuses on the scientific and analytical study of the integral connection between Sharia (outward jurisprudence) and Tariqa (inward jurisprudence) in Islam . It analyzes the harmony of the outward and inward aspects, the stages of spiritual perfection (Sharia, Tariqa, Haqiqat, Marifat), and the scientific heritage of Imam al-Ghazali, as well as the scholars of Transoxiana and Khorasan . Furthermore, it substantiates the social necessity of spiritual education based on the process of rethinking the Sufi heritage in Uzbekistan during the period of independence, particularly through the works of scholars such as professor Najmiddin Komilov and Sheikh Muhammad Sadiq Muhammad Yusuf.
