Abstract
This article scientifically and pedagogically analyzes the positive impact of art therapy on the development of children with intellectual disabilities. It also highlights the types of art therapy, methods of their application in special education, and their importance in children’s psychological, emotional, and social development. The study reveals the effectiveness of visual arts, music, games, and creative activities in developing children’s thinking abilities and communicative skills.
