Abstract

This article highlights the pedagogical and psychological foundations of speech development in children with mild intellectual disabilities. It analyzes speech development difficulties, their causes, and effective methods for developing and improving speech. The study also examines the impact of speech therapy sessions, game-based learning technologies, interactive teaching methods, and information and communication technologies on speech development. The findings indicate that systematic speech development activities contribute significantly to improving children's communication skills and social adaptation.
