Amir Timur’s Efforts to Establish a Centralized State

Abstract

This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the political, military, and administrative activities of Amir Temur in the process of establishing a centralized state. The study examines, on a scholarly basis, the process through which Temur came to power amid the political fragmentation of Transoxiana in the second half of the fourteenth century, his policies aimed at creating a centralized system of governance, and the reforms undertaken to strengthen state institutions. Furthermore, the article highlights the fundamental principles of his state administration and explores the contemporary significance of his historical legacy.
