Abstract

This article analyzes the psychological and pedagogical significance of an individual approach in the process of primary education. The effectiveness of organizing education taking into account the individual characteristics, abilities, interests and level of psychological development of students is highlighted. The impact of an individual approach on the activity, motivation and personal development of students is also revealed.
