Abstract
This paper analyzes the issues of assessing the sustainability of supply chain structures and proposes an algorithm for its evaluation. The study examines internal and external factors affecting supply chain sustainability, risks, disruptions in logistics processes, and their impact on overall system performance. Sustainability assessment criteria are developed, and based on these criteria, a decision-support algorithm is formulated. The proposed algorithm enables the coordination of activities among supply chain participants, early identification of risks, reduction of logistics costs, efficient utilization of resources, and improvement of service quality and reliability. The research findings have significant scientific and practical importance for enhancing logistics and supply chain management systems, as well as for implementing intelligent transportation systems and digital technologies in practice.
