Abstract
This article analyzes the philosophical and theoretical foundations of the principle of human dignity advanced in the New Uzbekistan Development Strategy and its content as a new paradigm of social development. The historical evolution of the concept of human dignity is examined through the perspectives of Western philosophy and contemporary axiological approaches, highlighting its close relationship with freedom, human rights, spirituality, and the system of values. Furthermore, the study scientifically substantiates the transformation of the principle of human dignity into a methodological foundation for the development of the state and society in New Uzbekistan. As the author's original contribution, an integrative interpretation is proposed that combines the legal, axiological, and anthropological dimensions of the principle.
