Abstract

Sleep is an integral part of human life and a necessary process for the body's restoration, the accumulation of energy for physical and mental states, and the maintenance of mental and physical health. Recurrent insomnia and irregular sleep patterns during a person's life primarily led to decreased concentration, physical illnesses, depression, and psychophysiological disorders. This article discusses the analysis of key information regarding the natural cyclical nature of sleep, its beneficial functions, the causes and consequences of its disorders, as well as methods for sleep restoration and treatment.
