Abstract
This article highlights the legal foundations and guarantees of the right of physical and legal entities to appeal to state bodies in the Republic of Uzbekistan. It examines the types of appeals, specifically applications, proposals, and complaints, as well as their oral, written, and electronic forms. The article analyzes the rights of applicants and crucial guarantees such as non-discrimination, security, data confidentiality, and compensation for material and moral damages caused by unlawful decisions. Furthermore, it details the obligations of state bodies in receiving and reviewing appeals, along with the legal timeframes for their consideration.
