Abstract
This article examines the representation of the human inner world, psychological states, emotional experiences, and moral values through somatic phraseological units in English and Uzbek languages from comparative and linguocultural perspectives. The research investigates the semantic structure, conceptual foundations, and cultural characteristics of phraseological units containing names of body parts. Somatic phraseological units formed on the basis of such components as heart, head, eye, and hand are comparatively analyzed with regard to their role in expressing human psychology and inner experiences. The findings demonstrate that somatic phraseological units in both languages possess an anthropocentric nature and serve as significant linguistic means reflecting national mentality and cultural values.
