Abstract
The role of innovative management technologies in developing creative competencies of higher education institution leaders is one of the most relevant issues in the modern education system. This article analyzes the theoretical and practical significance of innovative management technologies in developing creative competencies of higher education leaders. Creative competencies include the ability of a leader to find new approaches in complex situations, develop innovative solutions, inspire the team, and bring the organization to a competitive level. Innovative management technologies encompass modern tools such as digital transformation, artificial intelligence, big data analytics, agile and lean methods, and virtual collaboration platforms. The article thoroughly examines the role of these technologies in activating leaders’ creative thinking, optimizing decision-making processes, and stimulating institutional innovations. The research results show that the effective use of innovative management technologies increases the adaptability of higher education institutions, activates scientific research activities, and strengthens international competitiveness. The article provides practical recommendations for improving higher education leadership training programs and modernizing the education system.
