Abstract
This article dynamically evaluates the creative economic efficiency of the world's leading countries using the Malmquist Productivity Index (MPI). The aim of the research is to develop scientific and practical proposals for diversifying the economies of countries such as the UK, South Korea, the UAE, and Singapore. Based on a cross-data analysis between 2017 and 2023, the results show that only the UK achieved a Malmquist index greater than 1 (1.313), with a productivity increase of 31.3%. In contrast, despite technological improvements of 4.8% and 6.6% in South Korea and the UAE respectively, their overall indices declined due to worsening efficiency indicators.
