Abstract
Today, the increasing number and scale of natural and technological emergencies require the integration of modern technologies into rescue services. This article analyzes the effectiveness of using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in rescue operations. It examines the advantages of drones in rapidly monitoring emergency areas, locating victims, coordinating search and rescue operations, and ensuring the safety of rescue personnel. In addition, based on the experiences of the United States, Japan, and Türkiye, the role of unmanned technologies in rescue operations is analyzed. The research findings demonstrate that the use of unmanned aerial vehicles significantly improves the speed and effectiveness of rescue operations.
