Abstract
This article examines the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies in logistics process management and analyzes their economic and operational efficiency. Within the framework of the study, a comparative analysis was conducted based on data collected from a six-month pilot project involving eight logistics companies. In addition, cost-benefit calculations and indicators of investment efficiency (Return on Investment, ROI) were determined. The results revealed that the implementation of AI technologies reduced delivery time by 35%, improved warehouse inventory accuracy by 24%, and increased demand forecasting accuracy by 23 percentage points. According to the calculations, the investment payback period is approximately 2.6 years, while the five-year ROI reaches 90%.
