Abstract
This article analyzes the expansion of the isolated form of labor in the digital economy and its impact on the processes of dynamic alienation from a socio-philosophical point of view. As a result of the rapid development of information and communication technologies, work activity goes beyond traditional space-time boundaries, acquiring a flexible and networked form. At the same time, remote work creates new types of pressure on social connections, professional identity and a person’s psychological state. The article highlights that remote work, along with the expansion of human freedom, can lead to his separation from social connections, the individualization of the labor process and the strengthening of digital control mechanisms.
